• Usage and device information collected by PostHog, such as IP address, browser/device details, and product usage events.
• Payment information handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers, but may receive limited transaction details such as payment status and identifiers.

• Directly from you when you create an account or interact with the Service.
• Automatically through analytics and similar technologies, including PostHog.
• From third parties you use with our Service, including Google OAuth and Stripe.

We operate worldwide. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information unless retention is needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup and archival reasons.

Users can delete their own account in the app. You may also submit privacy requests by emailing magicslugadmin@gmail.com.

MagicSlug does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In the past 12 months, we have collected identifiers (such as email address), internet/network activity (usage analytics), and commercial information related to payments/transactions (via Stripe metadata) for service operation, analytics, support, security, and legal compliance.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
